Viti-Ko Lilja Schell is an audiovisual artist, working in music, soundscape, video- and filmmaking as well as performance, entangled with music and voice.
Viti-Ko plays violine since the age of seven, autodidactically learned other instruments, singing and handling DAW. She has a research based approach to bodyfunctions, worldbuilding, illustration and mental health.
Vitiko released her debut Album "Figurehead" in december 2023 and the EP "Denom Me" in 2021 on her own label Desir Vitom, preceding six years with the group Fabian (2013-2019) and Wa Lin (2014-2015). Studying painting and media art from 2013 to 2019 she continued to study by a participation in the class of performative arts, facilitated by Isabel Lewis and Lissy Willberg at HGB Leipzig until 2023.
2024 Vitiko played several concerts and appeared at Riviera Popfestival, where she also joined Miriam Davoudvandi and two artists on the opening panel about Coping in the Arts.
She collaborated with gfzK Leipzig and freie bühne stuttgart for commissioned music compositions. She continues to collaborate with other artists from all fields in crossmedia projects.
